If you're dissatisfied with your RSH Décor purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

How do I return or exchange an item? If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply return it within 30 days and we'll exchange it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). Please note: Any items that are monogrammed,customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged.

Easy Returns: Shipping via FED-EX
If you are not satisfied, you will receive a prepaid FED-EX return label via email which allows you to ship the package back to RSH Décor.

1. Affix the FED-EX return-shipping label over the original shipping label on your package and reseal it for shipment. If your original package is unusable, please use similar packaging with sufficient packaging protection.
2. Drop off the package at any FED-EX delivery or pickup address.

Customized or Special Order Items
Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Custom Plus, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged.

Once I return an item, how long will it take to receive a refund?
Once an item is received in our warehouse, a refund or exchange is processed immediately.
