If you’re dissatisfied with your RSH Décor purchase for any reason, you can exchange it within 30 days of the ship date provided it is in new, unused condition (excluding a small Shipping & Processing fee). Contact customer service at customerservice@RSHdecor.com or call us at 864-651-0200.
We take great pride in creating wonderful products. Occasionally, we make a mistake. Returns will be accepted for any defective products at no cost to the customer. Choose to exchange or a full refund when we make a mistake or send a defective product.
Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Custom Plus, Customer’s Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged.
Easy Exchanges! We ship and exchange via FED-EX. Contact customer service at customerservice@RSHdecor.com or call us at 864-651-0200. You will receive a prepaid FED-EX return label via email which allows you to ship the package back to RSH Décor.
- Affix the FED-EX return-shipping label over the original shipping label on your package and reseal it for shipment. If your original package is unusable, please use similar packaging with sufficient packaging protection.
- Drop off the package at any FED-EX delivery or pickup address.
- We will not reimburse customers for purchasing labels on their own and returning items. Customer service must be contacted to obtain a return label. If you require assistance, please contact customer service.

Customized or Special Order Items
Once I return an item, how long will it take to receive a refund?
When items are defected, we might ask for photos or to receive the items back in our warehouse. Our customer service department will help you determine how to return your item and process your refund. Once an item is received in our warehouse, a refund or exchange is processed immediately and should reflect in your account with 2-5 days.
