About the Role

RSH Décor is seeking skilled sewers to produce our decorative pillow line featuring flanged, corded, tufted, and zippered finishes. This is a great fit for sewers with a background in home décor, soft furnishings, or anyone who can confidently execute detailed stitching with precision.

What You’ll Do

• Independently sew and assemble blown-filled and zippered pillows
• Install decorative elements like flanges, cording, and tufting
• Maintain consistent sizing, weight, and stitch accuracy across SKUs
• Support teammates with prep, turning, and finishing tasks

What You Bring

• 6+ months experience in decorative or industrial sewing
• Strong zipper placement and tension control skills
• Experience with pillow, cushion, or soft furnishing assembly
• Attention to alignment, seam consistency, and finishing quality
