About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands and has an eye for detail? RSH Décor is hiring entry-level sewers to join our growing production team. No prior experience in home décor sewing is required — if you know how to operate a sewing machine and are eager to learn, we’ll train you on the rest.

What You’ll Do

• Operate commercial sewing machines to assemble fiber inserts and basic pillow shells
• Learn foundational sewing techniques: straight seams, pivoting, back-tacking, turning seams
• Hand-sew closures and if needed assist with filling and stuffing pillows
• Ensure quality and consistency with minimal rework

• Willingness to learn industrial techniques
• High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
