About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Amazon Inventory & Operations Specialist to join our warehouse team at our headquarters in Easley, South Carolina.

This role goes beyond basic warehouse work. You will play a key part in inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and operational improvement for our growing Amazon business. You’ll work closely with our team to improve systems, processes, and tools while helping ensure orders are shipped accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Inventory Management & Accuracy

• Count and audit inventory regularly
• Update inventory in our systems
• Identify discrepancies and resolve inventory issues
• Maintain organized and accurate stock locations
• Assist with cycle counts and full inventory audits

Amazon Order Fulfillment

• Pull products for Amazon orders
• Prepare items for packing and shipping
• Coordinate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines
• Help prioritize urgent orders and high-volume days

Warehouse Operations

• Stock inventory as we manufacture it
• Organize shelves and storage locations
• Move inventory between areas as needed
• Maintain clean and efficient work areas

Process Improvement & Team Collaboration

• Help improve inventory processes and workflows
• Work with management to improve software and tools
• Suggest improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with implementing new systems and procedures

What a Typical Day Might Look Like

• Pulling and staging Amazon orders
• Counting and verifying inventory
• Updating inventory in the system
• Stocking new product arrivals
• Working with team members to improve processes
• Assisting with warehouse organization

This is an active role where you’ll spend much of the day moving, counting, organizing, and improving operations.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with inventory systems
• Warehouse or fulfillment experience
• Amazon FBA or eCommerce experience
• Experience with barcode scanners or inventory software

Schedule & Flexibility

• Onsite at HQ in Easley, South Carolina
• Part-Time or Full-Time Available
• Flexible scheduling options
• Up to 40 hours per week + overtime available
• We may hire 2–3 people for this role
