Position Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to work directly with one of our founders. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly — from managing customer orders to providing stellar customer service and staying on top of inventory and logistics. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone eager to take ownership and grow into a leadership role within our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily customer orders from multiple marketplaces
- Track orders and coordinate shipping updates, including special/custom orders
- Place and manage supply orders for materials, fabrics, and office essentials
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone & email)
- Resolve customer issues through marketplaces and internal systems
- Provide general administrative support to the founder
- Help manage day-to-day operations and internal communications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative, office assistant, or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and internet-based tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow into expanded responsibilities
