    RSH Décor can customize almost any size needed.

  2. Do you offer re-cover services for old cushions?

    RSH Décor can re-cover most any cushion. Cushions may be mailed to RSH Décor or exact measurements can be provided for the cushions that are needing to be re-covered.

  3. Are the cushions UV, stain, and water resistant?

    Acrylic fabrics are UV, stain, and water resistant. They are saturated to the core with highly UV-stable pigments, making these fabrics resistant to fading and the degrading effects of sunlight. They are engineered to resist mold and mildew as well.

  4. How do I care for my newly purchased cushions?

    Acrylic fabrics are engineered to combine the highest level of design and performance. For easy day-to-day maintenance:

    1. Brush off loose dirt.
    2. Spray on a cleaning solution of water and mild soap.
    3. Use a soft bristle brush to clean.
    4. Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric.
    5. Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed.
    6. Air dry.
    *Remember all acrylic fabrics are bleachable.

  5. What are the available fabrics made of?

    All of our fabrics are made of 100% solution dyed acrylic.

  6. What is your turn-around time for cushions once my order is complete?

    RSH Décor manufactures their own pillows and cushions right here in South Carolina. Once your order has been placed, it takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to receive your order.

  7. How do I determine the size of a pillow?

    Pillow dimensions always refer to the pillow cover's width and length while lying flat unstuffed, not the size of the product after it is filled. Take measurements along the edge seams from corner to corner while pulling the fabric tight, and note that dimensions are almost always rounded up to the nearest whole inch.

  8. What are your hours for reaching customer service?

    Customer service hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

  9. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

    Please contact the Resort Spa Home Decor Team at (864) 347-8133 right away if you need to change or cancel your order, because unfortunately, we will not be able change or cancel your item(s) once they have been shipped.

  10. If I’m not completely satisfied, can I return the product?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Resort Spa Home Decor, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days from the date the order shipped. Please be advised the item(s) you wish to return must be in new condition and in their original packaging.

  11. What is the status of my order?

    After placing an order, you can view the order status anytime by just clicking on the Track Orders link at the bottom of every rshdecor.com page.

  12. How will my order be shipped and what is the shipping process?

    This information is for orders within the continental United States. RSH Décor orders for in-stock merchandise are generally shipped within 3-7 business days. Shipping charge estimates are available on your Shopping Cart after you select your desired items for purchase.
    *Furniture orders could take up to 4-6 weeks.
